Georgia Rennick is a Queens University graduate with a Bachelor in Education and Arts, with a major in Psychology.  She is a certified executive and life coach and holds certificates in Lean Six Sigma and Human Resource Management. Georgia has been working at Aird & Berlis LLP since 1991 and currently holds the position of Director, Human Resources. Georgia has a wealth of experience in managing, developing and coaching staff with expertise in the creation of human resource training and development programs.  In addition she has had great success in developing recruitment strategies and implementing talent management and applicant tracking software systems.  

Most notably, Georgia has effectively implemented onboarding and mentorship programs, a Health and Wellness strategy, various employee incentive policies and programs, and a just-in-time process for staff recognition. Georgia was a Board Member with The Law Office Management Association (2004-2007) and with The Georgian Bay Land Trust (1999-2006).  She has also volunteered with The Arthritis Society at their Rock the Joint event.  Georgia has certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Joint Healthy + Safety and is a member of the Human Resource Professional, The Law Office Management and American Law associations.
