ThriveLandia for Educators
Teach the skills that help kids and teens thrive
ThriveLandia is an engaging online resource co-created with youth, packed with fun, interactive activities that help ages 10–18 build a practical arsenal of resilience skills. Students journey through five “lands,” each focused on well-being, growth, and resilience.
The five lands:
Mount-Mindful: Being present, in the moment
Grat Grove: Appreciating the good
Opto-Island: Seeing challenges as opportunities
S-Com County: Being kind to oneself
Per-Tropolis: Staying strong when times get tough
