Programs and Workshops for Kids and Youth

Help young people understand stress, practice real-world coping skills, and build lasting resilience. These youth-friendly sessions boost confidence and skills through programs like Stress Busters, Taking Care of You(th), Peer Mentor, and Thrive On.

Sessions run virtually Canada-wide, with select in-person options in the GTA and Winnipeg. Each workshop includes interactive activities and take-home resources—workbooks, tip booklets, certificates, and for Thrive On, access to ThriveLandia online—so the learning sticks long after the session ends.
