BUILDING UNSTOPPABLE RESILIENCE IN YOUTH

Capacity Building for Thriving

In a constantly changing world, resilience helps young people move beyond simply coping, enabling them to grow with confidence and thrive.

Capacity Building for Thriving equips youth—and the adults who support them—with evidence-based strategies to strengthen coping skills and resilience. Through programs like Thrive On and ThriveLandia®, we help young people develop lasting skills in mindfulness, optimism, perspective, self-compassion, and perseverance.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT

ThriveLandia is our online learning world for ages 10–18, inspired by the ThriveTMU program from Toronto Metropolitan University, created by psychologist Dr. Diana Brecher.

It’s rooted in the Five Factor Model of Resilience and teaches five core concepts that foster personal growth, emotional strength, and a thriving mindset: Mindfulness, Gratitude, Optimism, Self-Compassion, and Perseverance.

With fun online games for kids and youth, lesson plans for educators, and resources for parents, ThriveLandia can help kids and youth build resilience wherever they go.
