Empowering Teens to Support Themselves & Their Peers.
Taking Care of You(th) & Others is a 3-hour condensed, virtual training session that combines our Taking Care of You(th) and Peer Mentor program to equip teens with the skills to support themselves and empower their peers on their stress management journey.
Taking Care of You(th) + Others helps teens:
Recognize the signs of stress in themselves and others.
Understand the types and causes of stress.
Use coping strategies to reduce and manage stress.
Create a personalized stress management plan.
Build leadership and communication skills to mentor their peers.
Become mental wellness ambassadors within their schools and communities.
