Stress Lessons equips middle and secondary school professionals with practical tools and activities to help youth handle life’s challenges with confidence.

Through practical, real-world activities, the program builds social-emotional competence, strengthens resilience, and supports overall mental well-being.

Youth learn to recognize and manage stress, regulate their emotions, and apply healthy coping strategies they can use every day.

Grounded in research, Stress Lessons gives educators everything they need to guide meaningful conversations and create supportive classrooms where young people can thrive.

Children will learn to:

  • Recognize the signs and symptoms of stress

  • Understand what stress "feels" like

  • Identify stressors and their impact
