StressLess is a one-hour session for caring adults—parents, caregivers, and community members—who want to better support the mental well-being of children ages 12-18. Designed for those who connect with kids outside the classroom, this session gives you the tools and resources to help children manage stress, develop coping strategies and bolster resilience where they live, play, and grow.
