ThriveMore: Nurturing Resilience in Young People Ages 10-18

Join us for the launch of our brand new resource—ThriveMore—an easy-to-use tool for any adult who cares about youth ages 10-18!

Based on Dr. Diana Brecher’s Five Factor Model of Resilience, ThriveMore helps youth build resilience through Mindfulness, Gratitude, Optimism, Self-Compassion, and Perseverance—supporting them in developing the skills they need to prepare for the future!
