StressLess is a one-hour session for caring adults—parents, caregivers, and community members—who want to better support the mental well-being of youth ages 12-18. Designed for those who connect with youth outside the classroom, this session gives you the tools and resources to help young people manage stress, develop coping strategies and bolster resilience where they live, play, and grow.
