ThriveMore: Nurturing Resilience in Young People Ages 10-18

Join us for a free, one-hour virtual workshop to explore ThriveMore—our new, easy-to-use resource designed to help adults support youth ages 10–18 in building resilience.

The workshop combines a practical introduction to resilience-building with a walkthrough of the ThriveMore booklet. You’ll learn about the five skills at the heart of the resource—Mindfulness, Gratitude, Optimism, Self-Compassion, and Perseverance—and explore how to use the booklet’s discussion questions and activities with youth in your life. Participants will leave with practical strategies for helping youth build resilience, ideas for putting ThriveMore into practice, and access to the electronic resource.
