Overview
Young people learn best by doing. Our direct-to-youth sessions are led by experienced facilitators who make stress science friendly, practical, and hands-on.
Students build the skills to notice stress early, choose helpful strategies, and support one another.
You it works:
Sessions fit class periods, assemblies, or club blocks.
Group sizes and run lengths can be adapted to your setting.
Materials are provided. Schools and community sites coordinate space and scheduling.
