DIRECT TO KIDS & YOUTH

Overview

Young people learn best by doing. Our direct-to-youth sessions are led by experienced facilitators who make stress science friendly, practical, and hands-on.

Students build the skills to notice stress early, choose helpful strategies, and support one another.

You it works:

  • Sessions fit class periods, assemblies, or club blocks.

  • Group sizes and run lengths can be adapted to your setting.

  • Materials are provided. Schools and community sites coordinate space and scheduling.
