StressLess Workshop: Parent and caregivers Supporting Ages 12-18

STRESS LESSONS | AGES 12-18

Join us for a virtual StressLess workshop to learn more about supporting youth’s stress management.

The StressLess Workshop is a one-hour session for caring adults—parents, caregivers, and community members—who want to better support the mental well-being of youth ages 12-18. Designed for those who connect with youth outside the classroom, this session gives you the tools to help youth manage stress, develop coping strategies and bolster resilience where they live, play, and grow.
